Paula Bostick grew up in Deep South Texas, where her family ranched at various times on land along the Gulf Coast, in the Duval County brush country, and in the Hill Country near Pipe Creek. Those early years instilled a deep appreciation for land stewardship and a lifelong respect for all things four-legged.
She pursued a degree in Agriculture with plans to build a career in the ag industry, but her path took a meaningful turn when she was called to education. Over the course of seven years in the classroom and 22 years in school administration, Paula served as an elementary school principal, positively impacting the lives of thousands of children.
After retiring from education, she joined her husband in Russia. Upon returning to the United States, Paula obtained her real estate license and began a new chapter focused on helping clients navigate land and home ownership.
With 11 years of real estate experience, she has successfully sold residential properties, tracts of land, and ranch properties. Today, she also operates her own ranch, raising Wagyu cattle and running her beef business, PaulaRosa Beef, alongside her real estate practice.
